Jamie Swan of Tiverton passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 24th at the age of 56.
Beloved partner of Tanya Johnston and her children Chase and Jordyn. Dear son of Eleanor Swan and late Bob Swan and cherished brother to Pam Hodgins, Julie & Joe Ellacott, and Jodi & Jamie Tousignant. Jamie also leaves behind his nephew Joshua and niece Jillian.
A Celebration of Life for Jamie will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7th at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 183, Kincardine. Private family interment in Kincardine Cemetery.
